Range: A4 to F6
Size: 5.5" long, 3 3/4" tall, 2" deep
Fingering: 12-hole with single-handed subholes. Non-undercut.
Special notes:
This ocarina plays with reasonably gentle breath, though the volume quickly rises. In terms of breath pressure, I would consider this more of a type one (even breath pressure) ocarina. Very, very dynamic, musically as far as type 1s are concerned though. I would probably place the sound more toward the type 2 end of the spectrum. It has very little to no airiness in its sound at all, and the tone is quite rounded, as per my preference in ocarina tone. I'll post a sound sample of this when I can.This ocarina is completely unmarked and will be straw-fired carbon black.
